Return Policy
You must tell us within 14 days of receiving your items if you want to cancel your order. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. After that time has passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returns & refunds
If you change your mind about your order, you can return the item to us for a refund. The item must be unused in the same condition as you received it. As we are a small business, you will need to take responsibility for postage, and provide tracked proof of postage.
If there’s a fault with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
